▪️आज अनिल अग्रवाल की वेदांता ग्रुप पर ED ने रेड की
▪️ED का आरोप है वेदांता ने FEMA के नियमों का उल्लंघन किया है
▪️कुछ दिनों पहले वेदांता ग्रुप के अनिल अग्रवाल ने अडानी को कोर्ट में चुनौती दी थी, आज रेड हो गई
▪️अनिल अग्रवाल ने JP Associates के अधिग्रहण मामले में अडानी को चैलेंज किया था - सार्वजनिक बयान भी दिया था
• JP Associates की करीब $4 बिलियन (लगभग ₹14,500-17,000 करोड़) की संपत्तियों (रियल एस्टेट, पावर, सीमेंट प्लांट और बुद्ध इंटरनेशनल सर्किट F1 ट्रैक सहित) की बोली लगी
• वेदांता ने ₹16,726 करोड़ (करीब $1.8 बिलियन) की सबसे ऊंची बोली लगाई
• अनिल अग्रवाल के अनुसार, उन्हें लिखित रूप से highest bidder घोषित किया गया था, लेकिन बाद में फैसला पलट दिया गया
• अडानी ग्रूप ने ₹14,535 करोड़ की बोली लगाई, जिसमें अपफ्रंट पेमेंट ज्यादा था
• Committee of Creditors ने इसे बेहतर माना और फिर NCLT इलाहाबाद बेंच ने 17 मार्च 2026 को अडानी की योजना को मंजूरी दे दी
• वेदांता का आरोप है कि
👉पूरी प्रक्रिया पारदर्शी नहीं थी और अडानी के पक्ष में थी
👉CoC ने Evaluation metrics अडानी के फेवर में बनाए गए
• वेदांता ने इसे “कॉमर्शियल साजिश” बताया और इसे NCLAT में चुनौती दी
• फिर सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंचे, जहां SC ने भी अडानी डील पर रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया
• अभी कानूनी मामला NCLAT में चल रहा है
• अनिल अग्रवाल ने X पर कहा कि “संपत्ति से attachment नहीं है, लेकिन fairness मायने रखती है”
▪️तो भाई सेठों के लिए भी सबक है - मोदी जी की कितनी भी तारीफ़ कर लो, कितनी भी भक्तों कर लो - लेकिन अगर उनके मालिक अडानी की तरफ आंख उठाई तो क़ीमत ज़रूर चुकानी पड़ेगी, सबक़ ज़रूर सिखाया जाएगा. अडानी से पंगा नहीं लेने का!
@cromaretail Dear @cromaretail team and @girish_andipara ,thank you for your kind support in resolving the issue. However, I would request to never recommend product of @boschindia / @BoschHomeIn as the After sales is pathetic, they took a month and 7 days to resolve issue of my WM.
Never buy anything on d basis of Just Brand Name.
Bought WM of @boschindia Complaint on 23rd April Resolution confirmed within 10 days. Lived W/o WM for these many days at laundry charge cost. No solution till datr, Called customer care today & no resolution. Pathetic After Sales

@cromaretail Even after than a week, you are not able to provide timelines, how you are able to solve the issue. Local personnel just gives confirmation on call that he is providing you the status update but never calls back. Customer service at zero level.
Bought Bosch top load washing machine. Extremely poor quality product . Wastage of money. In 2 years 3 complaints. Every time he asks for invoice despite of the product registered for warranty with them @BoschGlobal@boschindia
Disappointed with the poor service from @boschindia My refrigerator stopped working and I raised a service request 6970648772 last Sat, but till date it has still not been repaired
A refrigerator is an essential appliance, & such delays cause major inconvenience
@boschindia Extremely disappointed with @boschindia. 3 months, a non-working dishwasher, and a technician scam in Gobichettipalayam. Even after escalating to the Area Manager, there's zero accountability. I need a liaison assigned ASAP. Great tech, but service is failing. Beware! ⚠️ #Bosch
@BoschHomeIn Very disappointed with Bosch India. Paid premium price for 90cm Bosch Hob & Chimney expecting top quality, but chimney fails to absorb smoke properly, gesture control is irregular, and service response has been extremely poor. No resolution. @BoschIndia@BoschGlobal

I purchased a new Bosch mixer, but its quality proved to be poor from the start. Despite being a new product, it doesn't work properly, and the service support wasn't up to the mark. I didn't expect such poor quality and customer service from such a prominent brand.
Bought a Bosch dishwasher thinking “German engineering = reliability.” the costliest compared to other brands.
1 year in → broke down TWICE.
Service says: “heating element damaged due to high voltage” (₹6,000 each time 🤡)
@BoschGlobal Extremely disappointed with Bosch refrigerator model CTC35S02NI/02. Original unit was replaced due to defects, but replacement fridge has the same cooling issue again due to ice formation in fan/pipes. Please take back this model and refund or replace. @BoschHomeIn
