@spondylitis@authorjpsummers@A_CloserLook@FourPriceTX make sure you health plan isn't an ASO and self insured health plan. Employers and the insurance companies are fraudulently misrepresenting their services as if they are insurers.
ELISA allows them to ignore state law. and the @HH won't enforce recent court decisions.
@LADAOrg@HHSGov ban accumulator programs now. ASO and self insured health plans are fraudulently misrepresenting their services as if they are insurers.
ELISA allows them to ignore state law. and the HSS won't enforce recent court decisions.
@DavidBalatHC It is fraud when employers hide under self pay plans ASO.
Neither the employer or insurance company is considered an insurer under ELISA. And state laws that ban them don't apply.
@Cigna Hi Tammy, I will contact you tomorrow after I talk to billing. With the Biden administration dropping the appeal on the accumulator case, Cigna claims management needs to change their adjudication policy immediately
Cigna lied & won't count my Enbrel copay toward my deductible. Texas TX HB999. Seems like racketeering between Cigna and their company Accredo @TexasTDI@dallasnews
Federal ELISA laws allow you employer to avoid being treated as an insurer. It's a bit of a scam used to avoid state laws. ELISA is power for any administration and protected by self interest in Congress and corporate self interest.
The insurance company is likely not honest. If your employer has a self insured plan 'ASO' then Cigna or Blue Cross is only considered the administrator and is not technically your insurer. Your employer isn't you insurer either under ELISA law. And state laws don't apply
I know it's frustrating but Congress has made strides in stopping #PBM abuses w/ @HouseCommerce & @SenFinance committees passing legislation aimed to stopping #PBMs. The ship moves slow but is moving, pushed on by states doing the same. PBMs are brazen but also running scared.
Dr. Kevin Komoto shares his experience working with and navigating patients and PBMs. Learn about the unfair business practices of some PBMs HERE: https://t.co/Uin10i22bx

PBMs and accumulator programs are rackets that insurance companies conspire with drug companies and hurt vulnerable patients. #Cigna Save On SP is a scam and there needs to be laws to block this - State and Federal
@marco_giancotti Did you have issues with recollections of faces and anxiety about it growing up? I would stay up hours trying to recall the shape of a nose or lips. It was a cartoonish construction at best.
I still cant recall moms face it fades like a shadow so quickly after seeing her.
@marco_giancotti@scottastevenson I think some of us with aphantasia get faster at building contructs and putting them together as we mature in childhood. But we dont have the luxury of recalling images whole or parcially for the most part. Some limited short term memory but we dont have longterm for images
@martianmadelein Green tea, meds, lots of meds, power naps with heating pads, preemptive naps, massage gun, intestinal massage, a bit of walking/ swimming, stretching, breathing exercises, writing, constantly changing diet, trying anything, hope, honest about failure, pain is my friend & a jerk
@studiostoicheff @martianmadelein I could have benefitted from creating time spent at events before I started having pain. Show up late and leave early - value those short moments
@tomkimmerer @CorrieJN@punkvenus mRNA teaches immune cells to make the spike protein, I believe the vaccine mRNA is broken down as that happens. These vaccines continue to build immunity till ca 42 days. I wouldn’t recommend it, but putting time between would be advisable in this experiment. Maybe a T-cell boost
