Lately I've really been at peace using this philosophy. Especially around coaching and leadership. Based on something my dad shared with me.. "Bees dont waste their time convincing flies, why honey tastes better than shit"

If you're a track coach, particularly for sprints and has struggled with #wickets and spacing. I've converted #VinceAnderson#MaxVelocity to an easier to read format . If this helps you, don't be shamed #follow

@scorpionflagfb I have an athlete in Hawai'i that is raw speed and talent. She attends @mckinleytigers in Honolulu and has family in Vegas. Could you share a questionnaire, maybe standards for becoming a student athlete. Here's footage of her 2.507 over 20yds.. 19.9 mph!!

Track Athletes, especially sprinters are assigned a workout. 80% 85%, 90% OF WHAT. I've always believed this is based on your PR or target time. Here's a simple calculator to determine what the time goal should be for the rep.

A decent, sub 12.00 in the 100m yesterday. Lane 1... I wanted to just focus on my first 30m and shut it down.
Not bad for a 51 year old that hasn't trained.
