Thanks @AmazonUK just found out my item is not getting delivered today as it should be. Another prime delivery failed and another trip spoiled, Time to cancel my prime and go back to @eBay_UK

@AmazonHelp Unfortunately its too late. I will be out of the country tomorrow. And being unable to cancel it means one of your drivers will probably leave it on the doorstep until a passer by picks it up

@BritishGasHelp No it's fine no point wasting anymore of my time.I have raised a concern with the energy ombudsman now as this is becoming a joke. Can't top up, can't get answers to why and can't even get a call back as promised. A month with you and I think it's time to change

@BritishGasHelp Good afternoon. Another day of promised calls not received. Unfortunately logging complaints with the advisor gets zero response just more promising of ringing me back and not happening. Whenever you request contract with a manager they are in meetings how many do they have 🤔
