73 y/o female admitted for ACS. CT surgery turned down for porcelain aorta. Turns out everything was porcelain, the lilacs, axillary, and coronaries. With IVL, OA, MCS, and bifurcation stenting we were able to revascularize this complex anatomy successfully. #maverickandgoose
