@BellularGaming As long as the option to buy power exists, one person will use it, even if the MTX is labelled 'Fuck You Consumer, Give Us Your Money'
Legislation is the only way this will change, but unfortunately for us we're led by BoJo at the moment ๐
@StrayayaAU @BellularGaming From what I read, the community is mourning a game with great gameplay potential having its endgame infested with MTX - which is when you are invested and more likely to dump money.
Nobody is surprised by this, but they are still angry.
@jayrayner1 there is a certain purity in a slightly overdone, hearty slice of toast, specifically the one made at the end of a night out in Metros, a Cardiff haunt. For this reason, it earns a place on my Last Supper table. Only if made at 4am and desperately clinging to life.
@BellularGaming This also robs the 'first' person of agency. Perhaps they turned into a better person that no longer killed puppies for fun, and then turned back - do we still praise the old person? Probably not!
Interesting question, poor narrative tool. Sylvanas has been reduced to a puppet.
@BellularGaming Our perception of a person is a complex mix of opinions, thoughts and feelings that we believe they hold, so I'd at least argue that holding them to the same standard is not fair.
While I know little about the condition, Alzheimer's can cause personality change in people.
@xiaomaodou27 I did so several times and got kicked at around position 30. This was after 2-3 hours of sitting by my PC in case 2002 happened.
Long queue times happen, sure, and I am prepared to wait, but I don't want to have to keep checking in all the time.
@tonbalikli@htmrkr@HitmarkerJobs@LedamethOP This is a fantastic way to discriminate against applicants without money. Working for free has no place in any industry. Want to volunteer? Volunteer for game jams or charity support. Not a corporation.
@MrGMYT It is a good MMO. You will especially like it if you like narrative content, but the first part of the base game (before the expansions) is not the best.
Fights are engaging to me as a tank.
I like how people have venues and housing set up but getting a house is a nightmare.
Still boggles the mind that major news outlets don't have a Video Games tag in the 2020's
Funnier still, the Telegraph has one, even though its associate editor thinks men can't enjoy games
Whew. Mute button got a workout this weekendโgranted, of my own doing. You probably know what this is about. And if you don't, bless you.
So I'm just going to address things here and hope (futilely) it will be the last time I have to do so. Saddle up... 1/11
