@NYCWater "fixed" this sinkhole again with some asphalt frosting and its collapsing again on 102nd st and 103rd ave-the avenue of death.

@NYCWater has slathered this with asphalt about a dozen times the past year. This is the result of @NYC_DOT getting all city funding to fuck up the entire street grid with wider and two way bike lanes and 400 million dollars spent on public realm bullshit like open streets and fake promenades that cars can through that they call "livable streets". This is also made possible with unethical and immoral lobbies @TransAlt @Openplans influencing all of their street redesign plans through regulatory capture being "partners" of city government

This malfeasance negligence and infrastructure is also made possible by a @NYCMayor who got indicted and is still engaging in corruption and will continue with @ZohranKMamdani as mayor because he is agency captured by those urbanist lobbyists too.

The little sinkhole @NYC_DOT did a pothole blitz fix on is now a giant cave-in death trap.

A witness watching me film this atrocity told me how the DOT hasn't come back after their shitty paste job. I informed him they will not fix this unless they want bike lanes and above their ebike freeway on Lafayette st and 4th Ave.

Speaking of NYC dept of @Transalt, DOT commissioner Mike Flynn, a civil service employee of NYC taxpayers, has blocked me from seeing his @LinkedIn page because I told him he is not qualified to run the DOT since he's more concerned with making bike and bus lanes and outdoor dining and clearly knows nothing about the infrastructure underneath the roads that's causing surface hazards and he thinks pouring asphalt on sinkholes is a "public safety improvement" when all it is spreading shit on a cupcake and calling it frosting

Here's a street in Woodhaven that proves @NYC_DOT does not know how to repair streets unless @transalt demands bike lanes for them

DOT recently milled and resurfaced these roads and "the new black" asphalt still collapsed and formed a hole by the storm drain.

Another sinkhole is also forming a few yards away in the middle of the street too.

This shows that DOT commissioner Mewling Mike Flynn really doesn't know what hes doing, because its obvious the DOT did blitz styled street repairs without consulting with @NYCwater and energy utility companies to ensure the roads were ready to be fixed. Now the DOT has to tear up the road again just like Flynn said in an interview with the DOT stupid city government profligate waste podcast

All Mikey and @NYCMayor want to do is paint bike lanes and bus lanes because thats what Transalt wants. To make streets safe only for ebike drivers and cyclists instead of people driving their cars

It was nearly a year ago when @NYC_DOT rigged the Conduit Corridor workshop with @Transalt cult members including @NYC_SafeStreets and its preposterous how they repaired the north conduit parkway service roads but didn't repair the crosswalks

This agency wants people to walk more than drive cars and there are potholes on the crosswalk. These big deep holes are right where people drive their cars over to merge with traffic.

It's like the DOT is willing to sacrifice the safety of pedestrians just to destroy cars.

A third hole has appeared on my old block on 103rd ave next to the two holes from the shitty sinkhole asphalt patch job they did.

I guess this is what compelled @NYCWater to show up and fix them.

And you know these will be new shitty Nutella spread patch jobs with @NYC_DOT weak cookie crumb asphalt. Because the city is broke again thanks to @NYCMayor of bike lanes.

This is fcking personal DOT. You have been getting all the funding while other agencies like DEP are running on austerity service measures.

@TransAlt Lobbyist Elizabeth Adams starts the conflict of interest rally with @cmshaunabreu reminding everyone crammed on the astroturf city hall porch that @NYCMayor promised to make #NYC streets "the envy of the world" and the "Streets master plan" law for more bike lanes, bus lanes and asphalt patio fake parks called open streets must be induced on the public because it's the law.

But in her rousing speech, she ironically proves its not an effective law nor really a mandate since it still didn't give transalt all what they wanted. Because they want to control all the streets over any community objection.

And the streets master plan since it was ratified clearly has not made streets safer either. Especially when she mentioned delivery workers who mostly never respect traffic laws or pedestrians right of way in the bike lanes that were created from the "master plan" law.

A law this lobby obviously had an omnipresent role in influencing from their regulatory capture of elected officials like @CMShaunAbreu

The potholes and crater trails are getting bigger and longer on Liberty Avenue, the avenue of death and the ones @nyc_dot after a dead man's body was removed after hitting one of them while driving an e-scooter are starting to crumble as well.

This malfeasance neglect of essential transportation infrastructure has been continuing ever since @NYCMayor ceased his "pothole blitz" campaign over 2 months ago and focused on green lighting extending bike lanes and making dangerous two way bike lanes for law breaking ebike drivers. Mayor Mamdani and DOT commissioner Mike Flynn are proritizing painting streets over fixing the streets

It was not long ago when Flynn and his DOT top brass testified to @CMShaunAbreu they had enough personell in maintenance to fix all the potholes that will form on the streets but they were clearly lying. Plus there is something very wrong with the asphalt the DOT and other agencies responsible for street repair like @NYCWater are using that the patch jobs they do are always dilapidating as vehicles roll over them every day

According to DOT policy, the only time they will fix the streets is when @Transalt demands to put bike lanes on them. And they are doing this while calling their bike lane dominant street redesigns "safety improvements" when they continue to avoid making safety improvements to Liberty Avenue to make them safe to drive a car or ride a bike and walk on.

A bunch of kids are driving @limebike e-scooters 40 blocks outside the ride share geofence in Ozone Park during school hours. And they even know those e-scooters were supposed to turn off once they drove outside it

So how were they able to drive them here @CMNantashaW?

Clearly, Lime doesn't give a damn if their product vanishes in a town where they don't belong or if children drive them even though the age limit is 18. So how were these kids able to use them? Used an adult relative's ID? Did they hack them?

Like I told these kids, this is municipal related corruption and they helped exposed the DOT's role in it. Because they forced this e-scooter pilot and gave Lime @VeoMobility @BirdRide a four year pilot contract to make money off their terribly managed program that's designed to nudge people into not buying and driving and parking cars.

And lets not forget that @TransAlt @openplans lobbied for this trash e-scooter pilot to be forced in Eastern Queens and were able to do it because they have taken full capture of the DOT. Even more now with their puppet interns @NYCMayor and DOT commissioner Flynn
