@FrancisSuarez Every large, elite company in the world is pouring into Manhattan. Miami? ZERO. People who say everyone is leaving Manhattan are Fake News. In fact the opposite is happening. Manhattan has never been stronger 🔥🔥

This might be the best political interview ever. Nothing the rabbi said is surprising. What’s surprising is that he said it. No one like him ever has. https://t.co/TCDAHvETrE
ICYMI: “We cannot continue to accept that it’s just a fact of living in New York City.” – D.A. Bragg. Read more about what we’re doing to address tenant harassment of rent regulated tenants in @CrainsNewYork: https://t.co/n038JJEkZe
Interesting piece in @CrainsNewYork by @InTheMkts
re. the latest on tenant harassment in NYC and how
@ManhattanDA Alvin Bragg's Housing & Tenant Protection Unit is tackling the issue

@JewishWonk There are almost 1 million rent-regulated apartments in NYC. Most folks who live in those units would be thrilled with a June 2026 rent freeze.
@JewishWonk I think most voters understand politicians can't deliver on all their promises. But Mamdani can deliver on his promise to freeze rents and that matters greatly to many people.
When I started covering local NYC news about 10 years ago, progressives pols protested almost every major new development. Now they are some of the city's biggest pro-housing voices. My latest story for @CrainsNewYork explores how and why that happened. https://t.co/fGbYE0NntV
Today’s Throwback goes back 21 years to 2003.
@CrainsNewYork Business magazine had always been very good to Paul and I. We always went out of our way to engage with them, speak to their real estate reporters, and attend their functions.
This relationship proved to be mutually beneficial, as we had given them several ideas for trend stories, and they had always paid close attention to the developments and growth of our firm.
In 2002, one of our clients called asking if we wouldn’t mind being nominated for their Top Entrepreneurs recognition awards. Of course, we were flattered and suggested it would be a great honor if this client would nominate us.
To our delight, Crains awarded us with the recognition as Top Entrepreneurs in their 2003 version of the awards. Below is the piece that they wrote about us.
This recognition was particularly appreciated as it was not just a real estate recognition but a recognition within the entire business community in New York City. We knew that we had created something that was very special, but didn’t realize that the recognition of what we were doing extended and was recognized beyond just the real estate community.
We will be forever grateful to Crains for all of their support and the various recognitions they have given us over the years.
@JPosnanski My dad took me to Wrigley Field in 1977 to see the Big Red Machine. Someone hit a grounder to third that took a bad hop, Rose made an error, and the crowd went nuts. Everyone in the stands always had their eyes on Rose. Anyway, the Reds won 8-3, Bench hit a homer on Waveland Ave.
