In Kabul, UNDP Afghanistan and @ORCDOrg trained 120 participants, including 34 women, in Post-Disaster Needs Assessment. Through practical simulations, participants strengthened skills to assess damage, losses and recovery needs and support faster disaster response.

This includes: businessmen, doctors, Engineers, Drivers etc
Like they should provide every facility to those registered Afghans which are provided to Pakistani national.
