They challenged her knowledge and laughed when she said she was an ER doctor! Looked at her in disgust! Left her car running and had to get a bump start from the Police!

@charvjohnson @wmasrobmoore @DynoUK Thank You... good point, but having headed up a neuro trauma ICU at Cambridge , I am always cautious about good Samaritans who act with the best intentions. And it is quite difficult to be taken seriously as an ER doctor dressed as a reindeer!

@wmasrobmoore @DynoUK People have to be very cautious about lifting or moving patients with no medical knowledge. Our daughter GP decided to drive home in a onesie and pulled up behind a motorbike crash & someone was about to move the patient’s neck and take off his helmet. She wasn’t taken seriously!

@wmasrobmoore When I was a grade 8 CT ICU sister I was such a nerd. I went to night school at the Brompton to read ECGs and went on a lip reading course to understand a 19 year old intubated CF patient. I was thrilled to buy her wedding dress and be a witness at her wedding before she passed.
