Like and RT my post and I’ll send you a detailed breakdown on how I bought my first house on a 5pc deposit, bought WAY below market value (I negotiated £40k off asking price) and how I saved for my deposit in less than a year.
I’ll delete this post in 24hrs.
I'd hate for someone not to be able to read that small print!! I am sure you didn't mean to mislead!!! Of course you wouldn't intentionally conflate 48hr weeks with night shifts & weekends and imply the earnings were 9-5 Monday-Friday to the general public, would you???
‘We strike for the future of the NHS.’
The largest strike in RCN history starts today, as nursing staff in England, Northern Ireland and Wales demand fair pay and patient safety.

@doctorrah@PaperWhispers Because her name choice is actually quite offensive. Her first name is of Igbo origin. her chosen 2nd name is just a tribe of people, who happened to have killed Igbo people found within the Hausa- Fulani region of Nigeria during civil war in the 60’s.
@dr_shibley And as someone who was almost weekly asked were I was really from despite barely leaving the confines of the m25 that question can feel exasperating and quite othering.
@dr_shibley But for many people of Caribbean origin their parents are still from the U.K. The only thing “ African” about her outfit was the beads around her neck. She’s literally wearing a leopard print dress.
@sobrox@timricketts_@noodles_nood pharmacists are band 5 during pre reg (1 year) midwives band 5 during preceptorship also typically 1 year. Even if an fy1 were to go in as band 5 and fy2 as a band 6 like both above professions they would still be better off if salary was negotiated based on the p/hr rate.🤷🏾♀️
