@GOP @realDonaldTrump Navajo Nation lost 557 people from Covid. They ran out of some PPEs at hospitals on the reservation. They had to use ski googles, welding gear and garbage bags to protect frontline workers. American Indians had to sue the US government before they had money for PPEs.
