Tourists were welcomed for years because they boosted the local economy and helped businesses earn huge revenues. But now the same people are being blamed when the town is completely choked.
The real issue is not tourism, but poor planning and traffic management. The Uttarakhand Government should immediately introduce an online vehicle entry registration system and restrict entry of unregistered vehicles into Mussoorie. A daily vehicle cap is essential to prevent gridlock, reduce pollution, and ensure emergency services can function.
When even ambulances cannot get through, it is no longer a traffic problem—it is an administrative failure.

⚠️ BEWARE | Krishna Chaat, Near Mukhharvind Temple, Jatipura, Goverdhan, Mathura
Near Mukhharvind Temple in Jatipura (Goverdhan), a shop called "Krishna Chaat" is allegedly harassing and threatening pilgrims and tourists. A group of five visitors, including three senior citizens above 70 years of age, were recently targeted by the shop's two owners. After eating, they were asked to pay ₹1,400/- for basic chaat items, which included ₹800/- per kg for one kg of packed fafda namkeen. This price is far higher than the normal market rate of ₹200–₹300 per kg available in Delhi. When the visitors paid only rs 600 for consumed chaat and refused to pay such a high price for the 1 kg fafda packed namkeen, the two shop owners began abusing them with filthy language and threatened to kill them. This kind of behaviour against ordinary pilgrims, especially elderly senior citizens visiting a religious place, is completely unacceptable and dangerous. The local police and district administration must take immediate action against the accused shop owners to ensure the safety of devotees visiting this holy site.
A group of 5 pilgrims including 3 senior citizens (70+) were badly harassed. Here is what happened 👇
❌ No price list displayed — rates hidden from customers
❌ Forced to pay ₹800/kg for fafda namkeen — actual market rate only ₹200–₹300/kg
❌ Refused to cancel order despite objection
❌ Filthy abusive language used openly in public
❌ Death threats given & said "Police bhi hamari side hai"
❌ Tried to snatch mobile when video recording started
❌ Refused to give any bill — possible GST evasion
❌ No FSSAI food safety licence visible
❌ Nearby shopkeepers watched silently — organised environment
❌ 3 elderly senior citizens (70+) specifically targeted
❌ Family lived in fear for several days even after returning home.
🙏 This happened at a sacred religious site near Mukhharvind Temple lane, goverdhan.
📢 Pilgrims & tourists — please be aware and stay alert
🏛️ Authorities requested to take immediate action to protect devotees
The situation became so hostile that the tourist felt unsafe and had to immediately leave the place, cutting short their pilgrimage and returning in shock.
Such incidents raise serious safety concerns for devotees visiting sacred places like Govardhan Hill and damage the image of Uttar Pradesh tourism.
Strict action is urgently required against such elements creating harassment, threats and illegal practices in temple areas.

Brands have become clever. Retailers are now being used mainly as display showrooms—places where customers can see, touch, and understand products. But the actual sale? That’s increasingly shifting to e-commerce platforms controlled by the brands themselves.
This creates an unfair imbalance. Retailers invest in rent, staff, inventory, and customer experience, yet the final transaction often bypasses them. The result: retailers carry the cost, while brands capture the profit and customer data.
If this continues, it will weaken the very retail ecosystem that helped build these brands in the first place.
A sustainable model must ensure:
• Fair pricing parity between online and offline
• Protection of retailer margins
• Recognition of the retailer’s role in customer trust and service
Retailers are not just display points—they are the backbone of the market. Ignoring them today will cost brands tomorrow.

Grave misconduct by Sub-Registrar IV-B, Nand Nagri, Delhi – A case of forgery, corruption & violation of rights. Here is how the rightful registry was denied. Justice is demanded. @LtGovDelhi@CMODelhi@DelhiPolice@dm_northeast@divisionalcomm3@p_sahibsingh
Same day Same Time a Sale Deed of Property no 9, basement, Vigyan Lok, East delhi-92, (Doc No. 7932) worth ₹8.5 lakh stamp duty was submitted on 30.06.23. But another sale deed (Doc 7931), with only ₹3 lakh stamp, was prioritized and registered first – causing ₹5.5 lakh government revenue loss!
The preferred registry had no notarized or registered agreement. Still, it was finalized on 11.07.23. How did the Sub-Registrar ignore the legally stronger registry?
Violation of policy: The DORIS portal showed the property as “Disputed” on 30.06.23. Despite this, the registry was done within 10 days.
A forged withdrawal deficiency memo was submitted with a fake signature. It was hidden for 15 months! Only RTIs and appellate authority order revealed it. Why was it concealed?
The original buyers never gave any NOC. Even subsequent buyers didn’t. How was the registry done without consent from any party?
The forged withdrawal had NO diary number, date or time. Why did the Sub-Registrar accept such an unauthenticated document?
Official letters dated 03.07.23 and 05.09.23 never mentioned this forged withdrawal.
Later, the Sub-Registrar claimed it was received on 30.06.23. Why the cover-up?
The Agreement to Sell was valid till 09.07.23. Registry of basement buyers was done on 11.07.23 with a forged NOC from Gurpal Singh dated 04.07.23. Why was the agreement ignored?
On 10.07.23, PA to DM verbally asked to hold the registry till court ruling. Still, the Sub-Registrar finalized it on 11.07.23. Why was this direction disobeyed?
All this happened during Delhi floods when senior officials were busy and legal advisor had resigned. Registry was cleared secretly. Abuse of power?RTI reply falsely claimed the withdrawal was “system generated.” As per IGR rules, Sub-Registrar is the final authority for such approvals. Why this misleading response?
Violation of IGR Circular (26.07.2021): Any disputed case must not be registered the same day. The case was known to be disputed. Why was it treated as “undisputed”?
Sub-Registrar violated Sections 81 and 82 of Registration Act by accepting and acting on forged documents. No verification of the prior agreement was done.A group conspiracy enabled this fraud – involving sellers, brokers, buyers and even officials.
A forged deficiency memo led to illegal registry of basement property.Delhi Registration Rules 1976 were violated. Rules 6–18, 22, 36–40, 53 demand verification, authentication and correct duty – all ignored.
This is a case of forgery, document suppression and abuse of senior citizens’ rights. @LGDelhi@CMODelhi@DelhiPolice@divisionalcomm3@p_sahibsingh@dm_northeast
are requested to act now. #DelhiForgeryScam #SubRegistrarScam
