My male coworker and I both asked for raises in 2022 and were told we’d be notified in April. In April, performance reviews were suspended indefinitely. I just found out my coworker still got his raise and was told not to tell so they could get away with not giving me mine.

Her presentation was less stereotypical than me (a trans masc kid) and our brother. And she had better executive functioning than our parents, so they didn't really notice

@chydorina @ahandvanish I think the messaging that “there are no treatments” is dangerous for this reason. So many people could be on meds for pain, neuropathy, migraines, POTS, etc that could keep their symptoms from worsening.
