Everyone deserves a parents home. A home, where the doors are always open, where you can lay wherever you want to, wearing whatever you want to. A home, where you can always be a bit of a brat, a home that spoils you. You can keep your feet on the Living room table, drag a blanket to the drawing room to watch television.
You know that the refrigerator always has some food that was made for you, just in case you come home hungry from a dinner. A kitchen that you know well and a kitchen where you can make any noise at any hour of the night and no one will mind. Even if they wake up, they will not be annoyed but will ask you if you need anything to be made.
You can decide to do nothing for a couple of days and no one minds. Everyone deserves a parents home at every age...

Proposal Privatise IDBI was floated whn Bank was in loss& BadDebt ridden. Currnt B/S not jst reflect profits bt remarkable growth &turnaround. NPA levels much below benchmark. Why Govt is still so inclined to pass it over to Private Players to reap benefits at country's costs.

**A Crisis in Indian Banking: Employees Are Cracking Under Unbearable Pressure**

⚠️ It's alarming to witness how the banking sector in India is being pushed to a breaking point. The excessive targets 🎯, unreasonable work pressure ⏳, and a toxic work environment 💔 are driving employees to despair.

Recent reports highlight the horrifying toll: stress 😔, depression 😓, and even suicides.

Where are the trade unions? Their silence 🤫 is deafening as management continues to exploit workers.

The system is clearly broken when employees are forced to choose between their mental health 💭 and their careers 💼. How many more lives must be lost before we demand accountability?

If the management and policymakers 📋 continue to prioritize profits over people, the entire industry will collapse under its own weight. Banking is about trust 🤝, but how can we trust an institution that doesn't value its own workers?

We need a real movement ✊. One that forces these issues into the spotlight and holds management accountable. It's time to act, not just for ourselves but for the future of banking in India.
