You are probably better off with finding a new gym. There is Gymbox in Westfield. I go to Startford one and it’s much better than FF.

Hey @FitnessFirst_UK thanks for your response. I wish Customers Service was so helpful as you. 3 emails with a generic response and numerous unanswered calls. My bf reported it to his bank who dealt with it promptly.

Hi @FitnessFirst_UK you sent an email saying that there will be no charge as Romford gym is closed (becoming the Gym Group). However you still charged and refusing to refund. FRAUD! CS - non existing.

@MAS Hello @mas your reply didn’t resolve anything. I strongly recommend to customers don’t use Malaysian Airline as they can not resolve a simple issue. I spent hours calling customer service numbers to be cut off many times.

Hi @MAS we have 2 vouchers (700 usd) that don’t work when trying to book online. Rang call centre 7 times but calls keep cutting off after speaking to an agent for 30 mins. Can someone sort this mess!!!! 700$ is a lot of money.

Hi @IHGhotels stayed at Indigo Hotin Birmingham over 3 weeks ago. The hotel was booked through my company. I was asked to pay £40 deposit which is still showing as pending on my account. Rang yest,was told to ring back as reservation team has gone home. Sent an enquiry. No reply.
