It's salary day and nothing hit my account.

A month ago the startup went from 20 people to 4. I wasn't one of the 4.

Since then: 200+ cold emails to YC founders. 5 interviews. 2 said I needed more experience than a recent grad. 1 went silent after round one. 1 I lost in the technical round. 1 still alive.

Right now X payouts are my entire income.

I have runway for one more month.

@LinkedIn seems like 50% of job postings are fake. Ghost Jobs scenario. HR are posting jobs with no intention of actually hiring. Just doing it to get page followers and get the government. benefit. pretty useless. Most do not state CTC but ask the last CTC @PMOIndia
