Why is the US government allowing extremist Congolese officials to enter the United States and threaten the lives of American citizens of Congolese origin?

These citizens were simply exercising their constitutional right to peacefully protest in Washington D.C.

Most of the Tutsi who attended the protest were brought to the US as refugees because of atrocities committed by the very regime now hunting them abroad.

After the peaceful demonstration, Kinshasa sent Steve Mbikayi to the US, where he continued spreading hate speech, even denying the nationality and origin of Tutsi Congolese.
