COMMITMENT:
We are proud to announce Kieran Lige (D-2005) as our fourth commitment for the 2023/24 season. Kieran is from Maple Ridge.

Welcome to the Flames Kieran!

I call this first thought vs second thought… first thought, “I should really…” (fill in blank) vs second thought… (all the reasons you make up to not do it). We need to stop listening to all of those second thoughts and pay more attention to the first one!
New Flames recruits giving back to the community this evening helping @RustlersHockey with the U-18 goalie evaluations. Thank you Tom Williams, Adam Leitch, Zack Lagrange, and Cohen Muc for giving back to their local MHA!

“Never, ever make a decision based on fear, whether it’s fear that you’ll never get another opportunity, fear of failure, or fear of looking silly. Fear must not be part of the decision-making process.” – Emmitt Smith https://t.co/mDZpmlyfnt
Minor Hockey introduces Little Rustlers program – Maple Ridge News. Rustler Nation getting the young athletes off to a good start! This program is outstanding! https://t.co/eZoQm1kYhg
T-Birds lose another tight one 3-1 to Rockets after outshooting them. Couldn’t buy a goal. Team played outstanding & regardless of the loss Birds are in a good place and will focus on the process vs the outcome. Next weekend is a bye week. Next Game Oct 26 vs North Island Tips.
Congrats Matt. You won’t see the Storm on his hockey resume but he’s family. In back to back seasons when our goalies went down he made the trip over to be our Emergency BU. Great young man.
Big Congrats to Liam Mostrenko and the Meadow Ridge Cudas for being selected as the Fred Page trophy recipient as PCAHA’s association of the year! Well deserved Liam! Super proud of that association!
The original AAA hockey model gave kids the opportunity to play with and against other top players. And that's ok. I don't think anybody would deny it makes kids better. The model has shifted from a "developmental model" to a "business model" though. And that's NOT ok.
