Horrendous customer service from @EE today, where despite me having a reference from my phone's manufacturer stating my phone repair is covered under warranty due to the damage being down to a well known fault, they refuse that and still demand I pay for it. Not happy

@SeaWorld hi! Does the 3 visits+all day dining ticket that can be purchased from the UK site include free parking? The terms and conditions aren't clear as they list the "3 for 2" ticket as including it however this ticket is not on the site?

@TUIUK please can you advise as to why there is no option to check in for my return flight with less than 48 hours to go? Accessing the booking only lets us see the departure checklist.

@McDonalds Will action actually take place from this feedback form? I don't expect to ever have to wait 15 minutes at a McDonald's AFTER watching my order placed on the (not heated) counter to actually be served it, and that was only after I prompted them.

@McDonalds absolutely shocking experience at the sandlake road, FL this evening. 0ver 30 minute wait to be served food I watched sit on the counter going cold for 15 minutes and an attitude problem from the staff member when I asked for the order I could SEE in front of me.

@LidlGB Hi team, please can you provide an update as to whether or not ready meals *do* in fact come in frozen? I have once again been to the same store today and once again all of the fresh ready meals are frozen on the shelves.

Hi @LidlGB just a quick one. I went into a store in Preston today to buy a fresh ready meal and most of the products on the shelf were frozen and defrosting slowly in the fridge. Just wondering, do they come in frozen? Just concerned a little as it doesn't say previously frozen.
