Xord Quarterly Roundup was held on 24th May where the CEO shared 1, 3 & 10-year goals of Xord and the vision towards being a Web3 R&D company. We highly appreciate the questions raised in the AMA session catered by the leadership team. Few glimpses!

Xordians take feedback as an opportunity to improve. It makes the process more comfortable and puts them in the driving seat when it comes to their continuous improvement, which is about always getting better.

Developing a growth mindset puts you in control of how you interpret feedback. A person with a growth mindset believes that abilities can be developed, skills can be improved and strengths can be enhanced.

2021 has been a mixed year for Xord. Although we achieved some great things, we also made some mistakes. An organization can only become great if it is transparent about the issues that it is facing and openly talk about them.

ICE (Impact, Confidence, Ease) is a mental model for making short term decisions by prioritising each option on a scale of 1-10.
Add the 1-10 scores together then divide by three to get your average for every option. Chose the option with the highest score.

Here is proof that Xordians are empowered to take initiatives and make major decisions.
Within this month so much has changed, many ideas initiated & executed, that on his 15-day vacation our CEO @samiEth feels like he is gone for ages.
I have been on a vacation for 15 days. I opened my Slack last night and was absolutely blown away by the things that have happened in these 15 days at @xorddotcom. It already feels like it's been months since I have been gone.
In business, a goal of the 80-20 rule is to identify inputs that are potentially the most productive and make them the priority.

Making impactful decisions with accuracy and speed is a skill you can train for throughout your lifetime. The best leaders make decisions differently. For prioritising, one of the mental models Xordians are encouraged to apply is Pareto Principle.

The 80-20 rule, also known as the Pareto Principle, is an aphorism that asserts - 80% of outcomes (or outputs) result from 20% of all causes (or inputs) for any given event.
