INSPIRE scheme was started with an idea to harness the fruits for future..but it happened other way around you plant a tree, it grows and produce fruits, you harvest fruit and cut the tree..then u plant a new one to do the same..really sad

@INSpirefacult15 @EramAgha We are free and highly trained labor for these institutes. Our salary is paid by DST & institutes save their own money by hiring us and not recruiting permanent faculty. After 5 yrs, we are on the road and these institutes hire next batch of Inspire faculty. #saveinspirefaculty
