Uganda has good laws& policies that are not enforced&implemented. If these laws were enforced&implemented, we would have an end&reduction in the occurrence of sexual violence. Defilement is criminal, it’s sad that many perpetrators walk freely. @AKasingye @aasu_72 @nankunda20
