Meanwhile, families wait.

I was sent- anonymously- a case of a Physician Assistant doing a neurosurgical procedure in an unconscious patient- without supervision from a Consultant

I raised it -formally-to @CareQualityComm duly - as advised by @NHSEmployers @NHSEngland

Multiple asks for update-
for a simple query

Is this correct? If so, has this been looked into- and assurances of this being prevented in future

To protect the public

7.5 months later?
I am none the wiser

If you are at this conference?
Think whether this reflects the present state of safety

Or whether more navel-gazing actually contributes to continued safety issues
