Into the Arctic.
The prototype of DEEP Robotics' Lynx S10 wheeled-legged robot recently joined the expedition to the Arctic Ocean, successfully completing reliability testing in one of the world's most challenging environments.
This journey is more than a test of endurance—it's a step toward building robots that can operate wherever humans need them most.
Meet Pemba: the Unitree G1 humanoid on a quest to conquer the world's highest peaks! 🏔️🤖
Two days ago, Pemba summited Chimborazo (20,000ft+). Next up? Mauna Kea and Everest.
This isn't just a stunt by @pabloberlangab—it's an engineering mission to give "cameras legs" for wildlife conservation in the most remote parts of the globe. According to Pablo, the G1 walked every section under a 30° incline! The summit push took 16 hours.
Want to help them reach the top of Everest? Check the first reply below on how to support the mission. 👇

@mikekalilmfg As a general consumer, a ban would be pretty annoying. I thought robots like Spot were unattainable for the average person until I heard of Unitree.
Fully autonomous home robotics is here. Our robot folds 5 crumpled pants into a neat stack in 8:50 - 1:46 each - no teleop, no WiFi, fully onboard/private. Fast, compact, safe, light, easy setup, quality folds across colors/designs. $1,499 incl ship+tax, warranty+free updates.
We violently flipped it over, but thanks to Reinforcement Learning, this little guy figured out how to stand right back up entirely on its own. No scripts, just pure algorithmic adaptability.

🚨 Palworld 1.0 - July 10th!
Pal Tamers, the time has come!
A strange energy is coming from the World Tree...
Palworld's first-ever cinematic trailer debuted at Summer Game Fest alongside the release date you have been waiting for!
Gather your Pals.
Palpagos awaits!
I think this would guarantee that useful robots wont be attainable by the general public anytime soon. I don’t foresee an American quadruped robot with similar capabilities to the Unitree GO2 or Dobot Rover X1 ever reaching a similar $1,500-$3,000 price point.
🚨 Geopolitical shockwaves hit the humanoid robotics race! The newly introduced bipartisan GUARD Act of 2026 could completely ban Chinese robots from entering the US by placing them on the FCC's Covered List.
The dilemma? While it may protect American hardware makers, it threatens to paralyze US AI research labs heavily reliant on accessible Chinese platforms.
Just days ago, NVIDIA standardized its new Isaac GR00T developer kit on Unitree hardware. With most US alternatives still confined to closed corporate pilots, a massive hardware vacuum looms. 🤖🇺🇸🇨🇳
The Star Wars-inspired Ringbot has received a major upgrade and is now called Ringbot Quad.
Developed by Professor Joohyung Kim and his team at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, the new version features four legs instead of two.
Rather than using a traditional drivetrain, it moves with four independent driving modules, each connected to a leg.
🤖🗽 Shenzhen robotics meets New York.
T800, a humanoid robot developed by Shenzhen-based EngineAI (众擎机器人), was recently spotted strolling through Times Square, drawing curious looks from passersby.
With its natural walking gait and human-like movement, the robot offered a glimpse of how embodied AI is stepping out of the lab and into the real world.
From Shenzhen to Times Square, the future is taking a walk.
