One invests in ETFs with 0.07% expense rate.

After 20 years...
๐ The first one will have around ยฃ48k invested.

One invests in ETFs.
After 10 years...
The first one has ยฃ30k saved, which is worth ยฃ24k after 10 years.

One good decision today, can change your future.
People on FinX are often asking...
Is $250k enough to retire...
How much do you need to leave your 9-5?
What if you can live the life you want now or at least in a few years?
How do I plan to do it ๐
I don't have a mortgage, so I can get one and buy an apartent in a seaside to use it throughout the summer and on weekends.
It will cost me around $1,200/month.
I can keep my job and start a side hustle that will cover my mortgage.
That way I will still be able to invest $1,000/month.
If I'm not able to pay the mortgage, I can rent it for $1,200 or sell it.
That way, I will feel semi-retired, and I don't need to wait to reach the magic number to start enjoying it.
Commodity ETFs are very HOT this year๐ฅ
