@jensstoltenberg What Lessons Learned processes are you following at Nato Jens?Do your processes consider cognitive psychology, human factors and the many biases we have as individuals and in teams/ groups. Many Lessons Learned processes are wide open to human factor error
I’ve seldom heard/seen anything so moving as this huge crowd in Tbilisi, singing in support of Ukraine. And scroll down to see a similarly vast demonstration in Prague. And more than 100,000 people (some say 500,000) in Berlin rallied for Ukraine.

Please share widely across all platforms so that as many citizens of Russia will see this. Let us use the power of social media to dispel the lies Putin is spreading.
We do not know how long we have until Ukraine and Russia are cut off from all platforms https://t.co/8RBXAqOfBq
Do you remember when you joined Twitter? I do! We have not really used twitter as a key platform. Please do check us out and we would love to hear from you https://t.co/jPH3v5fC0s #MyTwitterAnniversary

@Jeremy_Hunt I would love to discuss with you our endeavours to support the health sector to reduce medical errors through best in class culture building and lessons learned processes. [email protected]
@Jeremy_Hunt we are applying for a grant to support us to scale our solutions to build learning and safety cultures & embedding lessons learned processes in the health sector. Jeremy, I know you share our passion. Let’s work together to make this happen
@Jeremy_Hunt please could you contact me. We are specifically addressing the issue of supporting the health sector with the huge challenge of preventable medical errors and the need to implement open learning cultures and lessons learned solutions.
@Jeremy_Hunt Government should be the lead learners with tne best practices, and yet there are no designs or plans in place to improve communications, leadership, lessons learned, continuous learning, continuous improvement. Can we please step into this century!
@Jeremy_Hunt Also in Parliament and across committees there should be lessons learned practitioners and lessons learned ambassadors: https://t.co/pAUi3FuOuB
@Jeremy_Hunt We should be building the best learning cultures possible in Parliament: https://t.co/2LDInleXwl and leaders need to learn to become learning leaders: https://t.co/SHa1YQ4Pm8
@Jeremy_Hunt Without design and planned change in government, sadly the communication and conversations will remain sub- standard and highly inefficient. People will keep on dancing around topics.
@Jeremy_Hunt 2/2 we need better standards in government and people need to learn basic communication skills, which have accountability at the heart of discourse. Will you ask again in the hope that you will get an answer?
@Jeremy_Hunt You had a great and pertinent question, Jeremy. Sadly the vaccine minister is in no way answering the question. We see this more and more in parliament. There is a natural tendency to talk around the issue and not address things directly. Not good enough. 1/2
@DrAseemMalhotra Poor decision making is the often the result of social factors. Mistakes are often made due to poor thinking skills, & politics at the time. Polarised thinking is a human tendency. There are many factors beyond education when we are assessing behaviours
