For many families across Iran, the past three months have changed daily life in ways that are still unfolding.

Behind every response are volunteers and emergency teams who continued supporting communities under difficult circumstances, staying beside people when support was needed most.

Three months later, @Iran_RCS volunteers and staff continue serving communities with humanity and solidarity.

In separate messages to the leaders and staff of the @IFRC, ICRC and Red Cross ‌and Red Crescent Societies worldwid, Pir Hossein Kolivand expressed ‌optimism that National Societies will take steps to expand effective ‌humanitarian services.‌

On 29 December, the @Iran_RCS hosted the First International Conference on the Impacts of Climate Change on Disasters and Emergencies, bringing together national and international experts to explore how climate change is reshaping risks and response.

With scientific contributions reviewed in partnership with Semnan University, the conference highlighted emerging hazards, community resilience, youth leadership, and the role of innovation and technology in reducing climate-related risks.
