@IraqSTI كلام هندسي فني سليم تماما. لا اعرف بالضبط ان كان هذا ملزما لحد الان مثلما لا اعراف ان أي فحوصات دورية تتم على تلك المنظومات للتأكد من عملهه بصورة صحيحة.

هل لنا ان نعرف من هي الجهة الرسمية المسؤولة عن المصادقة على تصاميم وتنفيذ ومن ثم الفحص الدوري لتلك المنظومات لضمان عملها.

ان كانت مانعات الصواعق غير مجهزة فهذا خلل كبير في التصميم /التنفيذ والاشراف الهندسي، وان كانت مجهزة ولا تعمل فهذا اهمال يحمل المشغل مسؤولية الحادث. حسب خبرتني كان استعمال مانعات الصواعق ملزما في العراق خلال السبعينات والثمانينات للمنشات المرتفعة.

لا نعرف فيما اذا كانت الابنية المرتفعة و/او المنعزلة وصوامع الحبوب "السايلوات" وخزانات ال��فط وابراج المصافي ومصانع البتروكيماويات وابراج الطاقة مجهزة بمنظومة الحماية من الصواعق Lightning Protection System وان كانت مجهزة فهل هي تعمل حقا يا ترى!؟

الجارة إيران تقطع روافد دجلة.

وزارة الموارد المائية:الوزارة لمست انخفاضًا كبيراً قبل أربعة ايام،وحدث نقص كبير جداً في نهر سيروان من 47 متراً مكعباً في الثانية إلى سبعة أمتار مكعبة، وفي مقدمة سد دوكان في نهر الزاب الأس��ل وصلت إلى 2 متر مكعب، وهذا يعني تقريباً القطع الكامل للمياه.

في الوقت الذي ازداد الاعتماد فيه على الانترنيت في ظل جائحة كورونا في ميادين كثيرة وخاصة في التعليم. على الحكومة ان تولي اهتماما استثنائيا لتحسين وضع الانترنيت في العراق مع شركات الهاتف النقال.
