I had the absolute pleasure of attending the launch of Method & Madness new Japanese Wood Trilogy last night in Dublin.
First up were two Pot Stills, Ceaderwood and Chestnut finishes, both were remarkable. The icing on the cake however was the 33 year old Mizunara finish 🤯
