@JeremyECrawford When the DMG says, “Attunement to a cursed item can’t be ended voluntarily,” does that mean a PC’s attempt to end attunement fails, or that the PC is unwilling to ‘volunteer’ (try) to end attunement?

@JeremyECrawford With the Mislead spell, there is no description on what does or does not reveal the illusory double to be an illusion. Does this mean nothing will reveal it to be an illusion? Even attacking it? If this is true, is the illusory double tangible?

@JeremyECrawford Are you supposed to be able to use Actions in Combat such the Dodge action and Ready action outside of turn based combat? It seems like walking through a trap ridden dungeon with the Dodge action always ready would be clunky and overused.
