This is not how paper leaking works. The coaching centers buy the leaked paper. They dont then just pass it on to students saying "hey here is the leaked paper - enjoy!"

The coaching center has a "last minute revision" session. Their top students are segregated separately. The students are bright and will get very high scores anyway. They are now asked to practice 200 "mock" questions. 50 of these are leaked questions. If a bright kid has seen a question, he/she will remember it and get a huge advantage in an exam. They largely dont know they are being fed leaked questions.

A bright kid who may have got 690 marks anyway will now get 710 marks because he/she has seen a few questions before. He/she most likely did not know it was being fed - they were not in on the conspiracy.

Smart coaching institute owners wont leak questions to dumb students. In fact this is why it blew up this time - some coaching center got too greedy.

Who is utilising Vizhinjam Port?

The southern districts of Tamil Nadu.

One of the reasons the southern districts are attracting more investments is their easy access to Vizhinjam Port.

Tamil Nadu has fast tracked SIPCOT industrial parks in areas like Nanguneri, Moolakaraipatti, and Gangaikondan, explicitly to capitalise on the port’s transshipment traffic.

NH 66 connects the southern districts very well to Vizhinjam Port.

The Tamil Nadu government is also building better access roads to Vizhinjam Port from the southern districts.

முதல்ல என்ன மொழி சொல்லி தருவிங்கன்னு கேட்டா; ஹிந்தி, அப்புறம் ஒரு/இரண்டு வருடம் கழித்து தான் தமிழ்னு சொன்னத கேட்டு பயங்கர அதிர்ச்சி.

தமிழ் நாட்டுல வளர ஒரு குழந்தை முதல்ல இந்த மாநில மொழிய படிக்காம, எடுத்தவுடன் ஹிந்தி படிக்க வச்சி, அந்த மொழிய அடுத்த தலைமுறையோட இயற்கையான மொழியா மாத்துறது, இன அழிப்போட முதல் படி.
I'm still wondering how this is not a big issue in TN.

If & when education is brought under state's right, the first thing we should do is make Tamil a compulsory language in CBSC Schools. Only English should be mandatory along with Tamil.
Hindi & other optional languages should be taught only after 3rd grade.

P. S: I got my daughter into a Montessori school after they confirmed that Tamil & English is their first choice.

This government has chosen photo-op over our medicines!

Think of the day a child is born in a government institution. The nurse that came running. The doctor that toiled for hours. The drip that was kept ready. The injection that was there when it mattered.

Behind that moment stood one institution : TNMSC. For 30 years its only job was to make sure that the medicine shelves didn't run out of life saving medicines in our hospitals.

Not for the rich.

But for the commoners.

All of India replicated the system because it proved.

Now this government has given the same institution a new job : buying Gold. ₹756 crore worth of gold. Every year.

Ask one simple question. Who orders your mother's BP tablets? Who orders your child's life saving injection? Who orders the insulin that costs a fortune abroad but reaches us free? One officer. And now they've handed that officer gold files. So tell me,who orders the medicines?

A caring government would have strengthened TNMSC, more staff, more funds, better systems. This government instead strapped a jewellery business onto its back without sanctioning even a single cell to carry it.

Why?
Because a gold ring can be handed over in front of a camera but a stocked medicine shelf cannot.

Our newborns don't just need gold on their fingers.

They need medicines on time, every time.

Let this be said plainly:
TNMSC is NOT the agency to buy gold.

Pile this weight on a strained system and disaster is not a possibility, it is a countdown.

And when the shelf runs empty, it won't be a minister standing in the labour ward. It will be a poor mother, gripping the bed, waiting for a medicine that never came.

Want to gift gold? Build a separate agency for it.

TNMSC belongs to the people, and it has one duty alone: keeping our families alive.
