When #Burundi’s health ministry declared a #cholera outbreak on 28 Dec, radio + TV stations relayed information to the public. @WHO supported the production of a radio spot aired in Rumonge, the outbreak epicentre, as well as coordination, training + patient care. @WHOBurundi

WHO Health Emergencies cluster in AFRO, in partnership with Africa CDC, WAHO， US CDC organized a meeting to review and standardize PHEOC guides and training materials. PHEOC focal points from 16 countries participated in the meeting from 22 - 26, October, 2018 in Brazzaville.
