People keep asking what i do for a living
short answer: i build stuff with people who have audiences but no product
longer answer:
- helped reposition a clipping community with @youfadedwealth. turned his clipping campaigns into a product, repositioned the offer, and conversion spiked. added another 50-100K/month in volume
- took a crypto media site doing 1-2M monthly visits, fixed the UI, added monetization layers, subscriptions, newsletter, engage-to-earn and it got acquired
- built a prayers app in the faith niche along with a couples quiz apps. made a $9.99 report upsell and the second version outperformed the first coz the use case got more specific
thats just 3 out of 100+ products
and most of them i cant talk about
but the pattern is always the same though
someone has the audience or the idea and we handle everything else
genuine question:
if a startup had 176k engaged users who showed up daily, trusted their recommendations and bought what they suggested
what would that company be valued at?
now why is the creator version of that worth $5k brand deals only
.@waleswoosh made 6 figures just in July alone
meaning that he makes over $1,200,000 / yr
and this is just on the worse side, I am pretty sure he even has months where he makes multiple six figures
imagine how much an account like his can make during the bullrun then, $4M? $5M? maybe even more?
creator economy will just keep getting better, and best part? bar is so low absolutely everyone has a chance to take the shot.
if you're a creator reading this, don't stop, your time will come
a creator we work with turned down a $25k brand deal last week
her manager called us like we'd brainwashed her
but she'd just seen her first month of product revenue come in and it was more than the deal, recurring, and she owned it too
the manager kept saying "but it's guaranteed money"
and she said "so is this now"
i think the brand deal economy is about to have a very weird year this time
