Yes, ask the same India that killed over 70,000 Kashmiris since 1989. Indian forces used pellet guns, killing many and blinding thousands. The army, including the Fourth Rajputana Rifles, gang raped over 10,000 Kashmiri women. After Modi’s Article 370 amendment, they’re selling Kashmiri land to Indians to reduce the original population.
