As the critical analysis for whatever happened yesterday starts, the fundamental issue that many in America can't stand an assertive woman in a leading position will definitely be the point that won't get addressed..
#teamMassSpec If you're in #proteomics or #mass spec and fancy starting or checking out the other place 🦋🟦 here is a good list to start you off, we're getting good representation there without the endless issues of this site.

This is mind boggling!! The analogies it is drawing to explain the basic concepts of proteomics are exemplary.. May be this is the solution to those communication challenges came up in latest episode of #TheProteomicsShow.. Generative AI is awesome..
@J_my_sci @neely615 Getting this on YouTube so you don't need to login to listen to it was way more complex than it needed to be, but I did it :)

@dschweppe1 Well.. As a habit (or by obsession), I try to ensure e10 BPC intensity for every whole cell lysate TMT-MS3 runs.. Just a way of making sure on-column load is good.. 7e9 is indeed a good response.. And I promise I am not this Reviewer 2..
Spectra for 1536 single cells acquired over 40 SPD Slice-PASEF workflow.. ~40 days of acquisition!
Btw Bruker provides a spectra library?
'Analyses were performed using a library-based approach (spectral library provided by BRUKER containing 67686 proteins and 13827 genes)' 🤔

Always have a soft spot for HPPP updates as it was my PhD prelim writing assignment.. The first draft map was just published as a special issue in the journal Proteomics just in time to compile that assignment.. 🤓
Apparently, a 1000 spectra per second de novo peptide sequencing tool, https://t.co/icyjbSxNdx, enabled those diverse antibody sequence mapping generated from those plethora of protease digestions...
News in Proteomics Research blog post \De novo analysis of poly(!!) clonal antibodies from human blood! https://t.co/qBcxr1KiO3
