@TokyoTopps@colethemanyt That's what's gonna happen when you're the lead dev and the ONLY person from the company that communicates with their community. There's no way to talk to the developers that actually work on the game so Mike becomes the stand in to voice all frustrations at.
@Rishibets@ChanceEVs@wervvuim@C48823103@SRYB17 The league also wouldn't hesitate to *make* a player score 84 if given enough incentive from these gambling organizations, then clear themselves of any wrongdoing.
@ariamt_@QuintondaDon1@J0se_Liquid@G_ThirdLeg@MichaelRedd_ I think streaming appeals to the lowkey types because they can just go live whenever they feel like it, make some money, and end when they get bored without worrying about metrics.
He's not lowkey, but Giannis' lives did a lot for his brand by just chatting shit for a few hours.
@ariamt_@QuintondaDon1@J0se_Liquid@G_ThirdLeg@MichaelRedd_ Klay doesn't have to cash in on it immediately. Could be researching how streaming works so he can transition to it. Best way to build that audience is hang with people who already have the audience.
He's not selling a product, he's selling himself, his personality off court.
@Risky_Sh0ts@Dikkussu@VolSkimmer The games *are* niche.
The small group of people who like it, really like it, and will play any 2d FG that comes out and support the tournaments for games they like.
The much larger group that don't care about any FG's ignore all of them easily, no streamer hype will change that
@wembasedyama@fordfulkersons @YSLHenri I personally didn't see any blazers fans cheering for the injury. I did see blazers fans hoping wemby was out for game 3, which is super understandable. Only way the blazers win that series would be getting 2 in a row and letting momentum carry.
@Reece2076@TheGlare_TM@kurt13warner I don't think it's close to being clear. It was very vague.
The US has an unfortunate casualty event atleast once a month, he could've been referring to one of those incidents.
