If @educationgovuk want us to @getintoteaching so badly then why, as a person who has been a primary/ EYFS TA for 4 years, do I need to go back and do a completely unrelated degree in order to do a PGCE?

I went to med school for 2 years before having to drop out:..

If one year of experience and a PGCE-scenario were allowed, you’d have had another teacher in the system for the past two years.
