I have spent a lot of time chasing this through your support, with no fair outcome. At this point, Revolut should contact me to fix this — not ask me to keep chasing you by DM.

I'm happy to share any details needed, but I will let the FOS review the case.

If this is not taken seriously within the next 24 hours, my next step will be to report Revolut to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

This is ridiculous. Your system let ~€4,000 leave my business account without ever asking me to approve it, that's YOUR security failure, not mine. Still no manager, no action, and you're wrongly treating it as a chargeback. Reporting this to the FOS, FCA, and Action Fraud.
And I'll be posting a screenshot here every step of the way.
