2. Who is this for?
We aim to assist those with mild to moderate hearing loss.

3. Does this help with tinnitus?
Our hearing aids are NOT designed to treat or manage tinnitus. Since tinnitus can have many causes, we recommend consulting a medical professional.

4. Do we ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping costs may vary depending on location. Pre-order customers will receive follow-up emails requesting shipping details and sizing information for personalization.

5. When will orders arrive?
As mentioned on our checkout page, our current estimated timeline is 2–3 months. This timeline may change as we continue testing and development.
