@NianticHelp I completed a remote raid today which didn't take me to the catch screen after the rewards. Reported it on app. Got a generic response of utter nonsense. Down a remote raid pass. Not fair. You could at least comp me back the remote raid pass! User name jaiziiyt.

@AsdaServiceTeam 3/3 when ordering online, subs are the cheap option, never given the quantity/weight ordered. I've had 4 orders cancelled on day of delivery, money taken & left me with nothing &takes days for refund. Not good enough! people depend on that order.
So "Sorry" just does not cut it.

Hey @asda... when someone orders a certain amount of produce its because they NEED it. To reduce it by a third and not even list it in the changes is ridiculous. Don't try to tell me you only had this one portion of chicken breasts in your entire shop.

but it was decided for some reason that I wasn't getting the amount that I needed for my meal plans. I can't go to shops to get replacements, I shop online not for convenience but as a necessity. if I could shop in-store I would but my health does not allow me this luxury.
