Poor experience with YOLO Bus (Indore–Lucknow). Paid ₹2599 for AC bus—AC didn’t work entire night. Bus delayed ~1 hr at departure and reached ~3 hrs late. No proper updates and unprofessional staff response.
Expect action from MakeMyTrip.
