@USCIS what’s up with the so many i485 current cases being updated to Case remains pending status after filing for transfer underlying basis(eb3 to eb2).This is a clear case of error and It’s extremely frustrating to see this after more than a decade long wait.

Keeping them in ‘Case Remains Pending’ status is throwing thousands of applicants/families into panic state. So please help us by fix this error(?).

@doug_rand , why @USCIS is not honoring transfer of underlying benefits for 1000s and holding their cases under “case remains pending” when they are current in EB2 and already have i485j from interfiling request. This is the new limbo status, where all are losing their sleep.

@USCIS pd 4/5/12, 485 filed downgraded to eb3 on 10/29/20. Then per uscis alert most of us filed 485j (3/11/22) to eb2. Our cases r in case remains pending status. Not sure we are in eb3 or eb2. Plz help address this ambiguity.

@USCIS What’s happening with 100s of folks in ‘Case Remain Pending’ ? We followed your guidelines and interfiled with 485J to CA address yet we ended up in this state. Feeling so helpless and miserable with just a quarter remaining in this fiscal year. Please look into all such cases.

@qatarairways Hey Qatar, I submitted my refund request 40days ago, till now no update. I did DM couple of times, still no movement in my case. Appreciate if you guys take some action on it. It is strange that such a big airlines like you taking weeks/month to initiate the refund
