@USCISDirector @USCIS not true! Lots of eligible cases that skeet have valid i693 where transfer underlying basis was requested have been moved to Case remains pending status with the reason visa number is not available!!

USCIS is doing everything necessary to use all available employment-based immigrant visas. We are working to identify adjustment of status applications with available immigrant visas that lack a valid Form I-693 (immigration medical examination form).

@USCIS @USCISDirector - we have thousands and thousands of applications waiting to be approved since 2020 already. Many of them are current in EB2 and also have an eb3. They are still waiting even after filling transfer of underlying basis as directed.

@USCIS Please take appropriate action on all such ‘Case Remain Pending’ and provide them visa from EB2 if they’ve interfiled to EB2. Do this to avoid wastage of employment visa again this year! There are families and aging out kids stuck in this state. This concerns our life!
