@NorthstarCharts I was involved in SAGD / CSS in Alberta back in 2000, same thing was said about oil prices, refining, etc. It can be done, a lot more knowledge out there now than there was in the early 2000s.

@DonMiami3 If they limp by with current infrastructure and get after rebuilding brand new, it’ll go a lot quicker than most think. If producers throw money at it, the new builds are quick, they know how to do it. In Alberta the regulatory process takes longer than getting on production.

@NoLimitGains When Chevron and the other big boys put in a ton of cash they will speed things up. I suspect Venezuela has much less regulation than Alberta, won’t be long they will be flying down many heavy oil experts and paying them top dollar to get things on line.

@KobeissiLetter As long as Venezuela is not completely over regulated like Alberta, they can get things on line way quicker than many are claiming. The time and money suck due to the regs is out of control.

@VanIsleInvestor They have gotten aggressive with billing very recently. Slipping in new charges which is dirty pool. My wife just signed up, said do the same as my husbands account. My bill is $48, her’s is $85. Reminds me of royal bank, hated being their client but like the stock

@Martyupnorth Had a specialist who could not help me for two years, told him I wanted a new one. In the time I waited for a new dr I went to Mayo in MN, in 8 days they did around ten different tests and found my issue. All before I got a new dr here.
