@MichaelLofthou5@mcscotty808 I reckon Lord Pannick is thinking "why did i forget to press send on that email to file all that irrefutable evidence my client had to prove their complete innocence ". City can sue him for professional negligence if he didn't present their evidence
@City_Chief If the witnesses who the independent commission found to have knowingly given false evidence give evidence in the High Court under oath, they will risk prison time for perjury. Good luck with that
@Bluee_Orbit It really doesn't help your fellow city fans to post misinformation. If you dont understand the legal findings and the reasons given then that's one but its irresponsible to try and persuade other people of your misunderstandings of the findings when its untrue
@EHaalandSZN@henrywinter Excellently written article. Citys owners and executives need to accept their responsibility and put their fans and future of the club first. When Everton were sanctioned i was angry with the premier league but equally angry with Farhad Moshiri so city fans should be the same
@steviemac2010 Im not a financial expert but im just wondering if it will be in the public interest for HMRC to get involved. After all the commission found they had artificially inflated the amount they brought IN by ยฃ900M so that's an extra ยฃ900M taxable income for the treasury surely?
@City_Chief It is not opinion, it is findings of fact that have been made after your Irrefutable evidence was clearly refuted and witnesses of fact who the independent commission found had knowingly given false evidence?
@thomascamm@markgoldbridge@MelissaReddy_ Mark said he did not believe city knew in July about the verdict after it was reported by Melissa and her colleagues at ESPN after they verified the info so that's what prompted my response. If he doesnt believe they were told in July he is calling Melissa and ESPN liars
@SamLee That veey damning exerpt from the decision makes the prospect of any appeal nigh on impossible. It's very difficult to win an appeal on findings of fact anyway but when your witnesses have found to have deliberately given false evidence you've no chance. Feel for the City fans
This is a killer from the commissions decision on Man City and means their appeal has no reasonable prospects of success. They found a number of factual witnesses called by the club knowingly gave deliberately false evidence to mislead the panel
@SkySportsNews stop @SkyKaveh from misleading your viewers and embarrassing hinself. City did not WIN at Cas. Their punishment was reduced because a number of charges had past limitation in Uefas rules. They cannot hide behind that in thr premier league case
@ManCity Your statement, repeated attack on the integrity of the independent panel, the Premier League so all 19 other clubs and your continued denial is just making matters worse for your fans who will be there long after your owners and execs have gone.
City only got the Uefa decision overturned due to limitation and jurisdiction issues not because they proved their innocence so stop suggesting this live on air
@SkyKaveh
