@Reformation for such an expensive brand, how is this is the level of support? Nobody told me my package was lost, no alternate solution was offered (re-ship my lost items, provide discount on new items). I lost my whole fall wardrobe. Disappointed. Will never purchase again.

@Reformation worst support ever! I ordered during 70% sale, after 2 weeks asked 'where's my order', they respond 'carrier lost it' 45 min on hold, carrier tells me Ref lost it! Ref lost my package & didn't tell me. They refunded me, but sale was over and I couldn't re-purchase.
