@parcelforce I've been told by your customer service team that parcelforce have no authority over its own customs agents because they're customs agents. HMRC want nothing to do with my issue because they aren't HMRC agents, so whose authority do your customs agents come under?

@Suzanne63474340 @parcelforce Good luck with that - they've had mine since February 9th. They're not helpful at all. I recommend you contact their head office; I did and they've been the most helpful out of anyone at parcelforce

@parcelforce update on my parcel from US. Sat with your customs agents at the national hub for 6 weeks and counting. No one responds to emails, no one answers calls. Your CCB is an absolute joke. Shocking service from a @RoyalMail subsidiary. An actual embarrassment.

And I'll still be expected to pay a handling fee to "expedite" customs...what a joke.
