Sad to share that @payalmehta100 is no more.
On a visit to Mumbai she developed uneasiness. Around 2 am she was taken to the hospital.
Before any treatment could be administered her pulse went silent.
Yesterday by mistake I had dialled her number at 10.49 pm.
She responded immediately saying ‘no problem.’
In less than 4 hours of my call to her she has died.
Once more, it’s shocking to see how unpredictable is our life.
Payal was an exceptionally hardworking journalist.
She was a warm friend who was ever ready to help.
Deepest condolences to her family and friends.
