Colorado makes the most sense as they haven't developed any sort of competitive rivalry in the NL West. Colorado and Utah will have to play in different divisions unless Vegas goes South

Colorado and Tampa are new enough franchises that a switch now doesn't matter. Just like when the NFL moved Seattle from the AFC to the NFC

All of the top athletes in high school have been playing their high level travel sport since 10-12 years old.
